New Website

Happy New Year and a big first ‘social media’ Hello! to all the fellow Australians who over the last few years have had the rather exclusive privilege of being the first and pioneering users of Condrosulf in Australia.

It seems really quite remarkable that it took nearly 30 years for Condrosulf to get to Australia – yet good things are worth waiting for.

Yes we are currently out of stock except that shall be remedied in the very near future. I’ll let you all know the moment it is available.

As for now ┬ámay I invite you to explore this ‘new style’ of website. May I say I am genuinely excited about the idea of developing it into a valuable resource for the Australian Condrosulf community.

  1. Please send me the price of Chondrosulf 400 MG 84 capsuls or however you sell them.

    Thanking you in advance,
    I remain, C S Nace

    • Dear CS Nace,

Thank you for your enquiry and interest in Condrosulf.

In Australia Condrosulf 400 is supplied in 60 capsules x 400 mg units. This is one month’s supply.

The consumer ‘one off’ purchase price is AUD 59.95 per packet.

This price includes postage to anywhere in the English speaking world, i.e. US, UK, Canada, Australia and NZ.

However a subscription which provides you with 6 packets of Condrosulf 400 automatically posted to you twice a year, in advance of monthly payments, anywhere in the English speaking world is AUD 39.95 per month.

There are no ongoing contractual obligations with undertaking a subscription and it can be paused or cancelled any time you wish to do so.

For within Australia please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For US, UK, Canada and NZ please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. In all cases if you have not received your Condrosulf within 1 month of your order date please contact us and we shall immediately refund your monies and communicate with you as to whether you wish to try again with additional postal security measures.

If you wish to have your Condrosulf delivered to somewhere outside the English speaking world please advise and we can make arrangements for you.

‘One off’ purchases or subscriptions can be done on our Buy Condrosulf Online page on this website.

Finally, if you are a pharmaceutical/health food/practitioner wholesaler or retailer wishing to purchase Condrosulf in larger quantities for retailing we have wholesale pricing available.

I hope this information may be of assistance.

  2. Andrew,
Can we order this from the US? I have quite a few patients that would like to try Condrosulf and I can’t find anywhere that will sell it on the web except for you. No one has it in the US, and no one appears to have it in Canada. IBSA has apparently never tried to get US approval. This is frustrating as a physician because the data suggests that the exact brand matters. We of course know shipping to the US may be expensive.

    • Hi Gary,

Thank you for your email and interest in Condrosulf.

I understand how difficult it is to get Condrosulf in the US and hopefully we can help you out.

Online purchases for the US operate the same as for Australia.

Airmail delivery is included in the price. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.

If your parcel fails to arrive please contact me and I will ensure you receive an immediate refund. We will ask you at that point in time whether you would like to try again.

For consumers who wish to trial a delivery to the US before setting up a subscription, the single unit, or multiple unit one-off purchase option is available at the bottom of the ‘Buy Online’ page of the website.

We do not actively promote online sales to the US however are happy to do so upon request.

    • Warren! Great to hear from you.

Thanks for the comment on the website. I am very pleased that you see it as friendly. We have some big plans for it. It is intended that it will gradually be transformed into something dynamic and genuinely useful.

To answer your question on stock. Yes I am. I just finished a desperate plea (minutes ago) to a contact in IBSA to please push a piece of paper through the system for me. Hopefully the last one!

I have set things up so that we can hopefully bring in stock on an ongoing basis without interruptions to supply. I sincerely apologise for delays. Fully commercialising Condrosulf in Australia is a major commitment and I had to make sure everything was done properly. It is intended you will see a lot of new and exciting things happening with Condrosulf in 2012.

The ‘out of stock’ situation has had one positive result. It has left no doubt in my mind that for those that had access to Condrosulf – that access was valued. Condrosulf does what it is supposed to do – safely and gently. Even though it is extracted from a completely natural biological source it is a highly sophisticated product with a large body of peer reviewed published medical literature to support its claims to efficacy.

It is one thing to have the trial results and lots of impressive charts and graphs. It is another thing to have former subscribers, friends, family prevail upon me to just get it in.

When it has finally cleared customs, regulatory and has been released for sale – I am really looking forward to that post.

      Kind regards

      Andrew Mowbray
